Little Corned Beef Helpers

Happy Saint Patrick’s Day!

Well, well, well.  I asked for little cooking helpers to help me prepare a decent corned beef dinner for Saint Patrick’s Day.  Sadly, no one responded.  I don’t know what’s sadder, that, or how much trouble I’m having trying to do videos. The nice lady that’s helping me with this website says I need to get on Youtube.  Figuring that out should be an adventure.

Anyway, getting  back to our corned beef and cabbage dinner, Olivia and I just had to wing it on our own and it turned out GREAT!

I have  no idea how to turn all these little videos into one big one, so we’ll do it this way!

Here, Olivia is scrubbing #Aunt Mid’s red potatoes with a #Norwex Fruit and Vegetable scrubbing cloth.  https://www.facebook.com/groups/barbscleaningreen

After Olivia cut the potatoes and put them in my #Hamilton Beach slow cooker,  we added #Aunt Mid’s baby cut carrots, #Sy Ginsberg’s flat cut corned beef, cabbage and poured 32 ounces of #Kitchen Basics unsalted vegetable broth over it.

It was about 5:30 p.m.  when we finished, so we set the slow cooker to “low” and called it a night.

Then we went out to dinner, had some wine and went to bed.  Well, I woke up to my house smelling like cabbage since it had been cooking so long, but it turned out great!

And the reviews are in!

Now that our Saint Patrick’s Day dinner turned out so well, can someone please tell me how to get all this on YouTube?

Thanks for reading.  Have a grand day!
